Glenmore

Glenmore is a small location in West Vancouver, it is very close to North Vancouver and is slightly North-East of British Properties. 

Although Glenmore is relatively tiny compared to some other neighbourhoods in West Vancouver, the best part about it is definitely its amenities. It is an amazing place to live and I will show you why.

Glenmore is located right beside Collingwood’s high school campus Morven. Collingwood is one of two private schools in West Vancouver and is an amazing school. Morven ranks 13/251 of secondary schools in B.C. with a 9.0 rating. Collingwood is an amazing school, with many of their students going to outstanding universities. Collingwood’s “purpose” is to teach, model, inspire and encourage their students.

Glenmore is located by a park as well. It's called Glenmore park and is a very kid-friendly park! It has two tennis courts and a baseball field. Of course if you live in the area you could easily always just stop by Collingwood and enjoy its fields etc! 

Glenmore is a very short walk away from Capilano Lake. This is a really beautiful spot to go for a walk on, it really has some gorgeous scenery and is the location of the Cleveland Dam. There are also some nearby trails for hiking, making it an excellent location to go on a morning walk or run! 

Overall, Glenmore is a very unique location, with some gorgeous views, scenery, and great nearby amenities. It is truly an excellent location for your future home.
