It is an excellent preschool, they strive by the idea that your child will receive the individual attention necessary in order for them to reach their excellence, they also do French and yoga classes every week, they learn, laugh, play, sing and dance. The next school is Chartwell Elementary, a grade one to seven elementary school. They are ranked with a 9.1/10 ranking them 53/955 out of the elementary schools in B.C., an outstanding rating. They teach with the idea of inspiring students to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes essential for participation in our changing society. And finally there is Sentinel Secondary School, they are an excellent secondary school providing both English and French classes. With a rating of 6.9 they are ranked 66/251 out of the secondary schools in B.C.
The British Properties have one of the best golf courses in the country. The Capilano Golf and Country Club is one of the most luxurious and exclusive golf courses in Canada. It is truly a mesmerizing course, featuring world-class design, professional personnel, and much more. The Capilano Golf and Country Club also is the home of the West Vancouver Rotary Sunrise Club’s meetings every Thursday morning! Another luxurious country club in the British Properties is Hollyburn Country Club. Such as, Vinson Creek Park, Larson Creek Park, Normanby Park, and many more parks! There are also plenty of trails up above these parks such as; Lawson Creek Trail, Bypass to Upper Brewis Trail, Lower Brewis Trail, and Brothers Creek Waterfall.
The British Properties are located in an excellent location, with nearly every house occupying breath-taking views. It is quite frankly a more affluent location, however it is truly beautiful, and is surrounded by many amenities.
