Altamont is located directly west of Dundarave. Altamont is a great location that is located very close to the ocean. Many homes in Altamont have excellent views that the people who live in the location absolutely love! Altamont has many parks yet most of Altamont are homes.
Located on the water at Altamont is Altamont Beach Park, this is a great park yet it is not the type that you would sun tan on, this is a very rocky beach however it is truly beautiful and has lots of room to explore, during low tide it is even better! Make sure to bring some water shoes if you go to Altamont Beach Park because it is a very rocky, not sandy beach!
A little bit higher and you will reach Altamont Park, Altamont Park is a small park yet it is a great location to bring your children for them to cool off all their built up energy! Altamont Park has a basketball court, a tennis court, and some playground equipment!
Slightly east of Altamont Beach Park is a Presbyterian Church, this Church has a very friendly minister and is a great church!
